Policies
Pricing. All product prices and shipping costs that appear on the TryColorContacts.com Web site are quoted in U.S. dollars. To determine estimated costs in Canadian dollars at current exchange rates, use the Universal Currency Converter.
Shipping. We ship via First Class Mail to addresses in the United States and Canada only. The shipping and handling charge is a flat $4.00, regardless of order quantity. We generally ship contact lenses within one business day unless the color(s) or power(s) are not in stock. Unfortunately, USPS First Class Mail does not offer tracking capabilities. We only let you know the date the order ships. Please allow 7-10 business days.
Quality Guarantee. TryColorContacts.com sells only factory fresh contact lenses. We guarantee them to be free from defects and to match the parameters you provide us when you place your order. All contacts are inspected for quality several times before you receive them, both at the factory and at our facility. When you receive your order, please carefully check both the labels and the lenses (which are visible through their packaging) before opening the blister pack vials. If you note any problems at this point, please contact us immediately for instructions.
Guarantee Exclusions. TryColorContacts.com is not responsible for shipping lenses with incorrect parameters if they match the information you provided us when you placed your order or if you remove them from their sterile packaging before checking the labels. We also are not responsible for damage that occurs to lenses after you have removed them from their sterile packaging and/or worn them. We are unable to accept any returns.
Prescription Notice to U.S. Customers. Contact lenses are classified as medical devices in the United States and you need a valid prescription from an eye doctor to purchase them – even if your vision is perfect and you want them only for cosmetic reasons. If you are unable or unwilling to certify that you have a valid prescription to wear contact lenses and are already successfully wearing them, we will be unable to fill your order. The certification is optional for Canadian customers.
